Anything inside our five stones and four metals: a ring from a photo, a band that fits your engagement ring, a pendant with a different stone. You see and approve a drawing before we make it. Custom pieces are final sale.

How it goes

  1. Send the ideaDescribe it, add a photo or a piece from the shop as the starting point, and a budget if you have one.
  2. We quote itWithin a few days you get a price and a lead time by email or phone. No charge yet.
  3. You approve a drawingA sketch or render with the stone, metal, size and any engraving. Change anything before you approve.
  4. Pay in fullOnce the drawing is approved, checkout runs on the same secure page as the shop.
  5. Made and checkedAbout 4 weeks. We check the stone seat, prongs, finish and size before it ships insured with a signature.

What we can and cannot make

  • Yes: any ring, band, set, necklace, bracelet or pair of earrings in moissanite, lab-grown diamond, sapphire, emerald or ruby, in 925 silver or 14K yellow, white or rose gold, in any ring size. Free engraving up to 15 characters.
  • No: mined diamonds, platinum, 10K or 18K, stones we do not carry, and resetting stones you already own.

What it costs

Custom starts at the price of the closest catalog piece and goes up with the extra work: a new band shape, a second stone, or a setting drawn from scratch. The quote is the price; nothing is added later.

Before you send it

How much more does custom cost?

It depends on the work. Simple changes, like a different stone in an existing design, can cost nothing extra; a setting drawn from scratch costs more. The quote is the whole price.

Will I see it before it is made?

Yes. You approve a drawing or render with every detail on it. Nothing is made until you say go.

Can I send a photo from Instagram or Pinterest?

Yes. We will tell you what we can match inside our stones and metals and what would change.

How long does it take?

A few days for the quote and drawing, then about 4 weeks to make and ship. Say if you have a date; we will tell you honestly whether it works.

What if I do not like it?

Change anything at the drawing stage. Once it is made for you it cannot be resold, so custom pieces are final sale. Our 1-year warranty still covers the workmanship.
