Shipping, returns and warranty
Free insured US shipping with a signature. 30 days to return an unworn catalog piece, no restocking fee. A 1-year warranty on the workmanship. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.
Shipping
- Free on every order, insured for the full price, within the United States.
- A signature is required at delivery, so a small box never waits on a doorstep. If nobody is home, the carrier leaves a notice to reschedule or collect it.
- In-stock pieces ship the next business day. Made-to-order pieces are made after you order and arrive in about 4 weeks. The product page shows the arrival date before you add it to your bag.
- You get an order link at checkout and a tracking number when it ships.
Returns
- Catalog pieces can come back within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn.
- No restocking fee. The refund is the full price you paid, to the card you paid with, once the piece reaches us.
- To start a return, send us a note with your order link and we reply with where to send it. Ship it insured.
- Wrong size? Send it back the same way within the 30 days and order the right one. Ask us about resizing before you ship it back; many rings can be resized instead.
Final sale
Custom pieces and engraved pieces are made for one person and cannot be resold, so they are final sale. The warranty still applies to them.
1-year warranty
- For one year from delivery we fix workmanship for free: a loose stone reset, a small side stone replaced, prongs tightened, a clasp repaired.
- Not covered: a lost center stone, damage from impact or chemicals, and normal wear like scratches or worn plating. We can still quote a repair.
- To claim, send us a note with your order link and a photo, and we reply with the next step.
Local pickup and hand delivery
Prefer to skip the mail? In your bag, choose Local pickup or delivery before you check out. After you order, we contact you to set a time and place.
Payment
Checkout runs on Stripe and takes cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see your card number. Every order is screened for fraud before it is made.
How we describe pieces
Each product lists its metal, its stone by name, its carat and its size. 925 silver is 92.5 percent silver. 14K gold is 58.5 percent gold. Moissanite is always lab-made and our diamonds are lab-grown: we do not sell mined diamonds.
